Sunset Sound Bath

Join Maria for an immersive sound bath under the sun, with crystal bowls, gongs, chimes, and more to help slow the brainwaves and raise the frequency of the body's energetic fields. If you struggle with relaxation or regular meditation this sunset sound bath is for you!

Please arrive 10 minutes early in order to set up your space and settle in. 

Dress comfortably and bring something comfortable to lie on,  yoga mat, blankets, bolsters, pillow, eye covering, a water bottle, and any crystals are optional.

Immerse yourself in an oasis of tranquility of the sun and nature as Maria, guides you on a journey of relaxation and rejuvenation. Experience the harmonious interplay of soothing sounds and healing vibrations as they wash over you, melting away tension and restoring balance to mind, body, and spirit. Whether you seek solace from the hustle and bustle of city life or simply crave a moment of serenity, this session offers a sanctuary where you can unwind, recalibrate, and reconnect with your innermost self. 

Light refreshments and snacks/appitizers will be served after the session.

This event is at a local private residence 10 minutes from the Corepower in La Canada, address will be sent the day of the event. 

Option for sliding scale or to Venmo/Zelle payment.
