We will begin our day hiking at  Fryman Canyon Trail (8401 Mulholland Dr. ) After our time in nature we will meet at Mama Bird Retreats to reconnect and renew. Our day will include, guided meditations, connection, breath work, self massage, yoga and sound bath.Â
This retreat is a chance to replenish after lovingly giving so much to others.Â
